Q: WHAT IS NICORA's RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?

A: 14 day exchange & refund for full priced items

Free domestic return shipping on all full priced items. A prepaid UPS label is included in each shipment.  Simply place the label on the original box you received and drop-off your return package at the nearest UPS location. Please include a brief description of the reason for return inside the box with the items.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged.   Please allow 5-7 days after we have received your return to process any refund.

SALE or PRE-SALE items can be returned for exchange or store credit, full refund not available.

Exchanges

For expedited processing we suggest using the prepaid UPS return label to return your original item for full refund and placing a new order for the desired new item.  This will allow us to get the exchange item out to you the soonest. Once your return parcel has been received and processed you will receive email confirmation of the refund. You will also receive notification and shipping information for the exchange order when it is placed and shipped.

Q: What is NICORA's International policy?

A: We offer flat rate international shipping worldwide.  If you do not see your country in the drop down box, please email info@nicorashoes.com.

We do not cover cost of return shipping on international orders.  If you are unsure of your size please follow the sizing guide measurement instructions on any of the product pages and send us your foot scans.  A member of our customer experience team will be happy to make sure you get the right fit.

Please note that NICORA does not cover taxes, duties or any custom fees associated with international shipping. Also we are unable to mark items as ‘gift’ or ‘sample’.

Q: What if my items are damaged or have a defect?

A: If for any reason you have a damaged or defective item please email info@nicorashoes.com with photos and a brief explanation of the issue.  We will make sure you are well taken care of.
