Q: Are RETURNS available? 

A: Absolutely! We understand how tough buying online can be. All unworn shoes can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shoes. There is a small $7.00 fee for returns, the fee is waived for exchanges and original shipping is non-refundable.

Q: Are EXCHANGES quick and easy? 

A: Totally. A pre-paid shipping label is included with your shipment. 

We process exchanges promptly and send you an email confirm with your new tracking. 

 

Q: What SIZE would work best for me?

A. We have included details under the FIT tab in each product webpage. Also, a super easy sizing chart here: sizing chart. If you still need help, you can email customer service at info@nicorashoes.com.

Q: I have a pair of Nicora Shoes, and would like to get a repair on my boots or shoes. How can I do that?

A: We can help you maintain the heels and soles of your shoes or boots at our factory to extend the life of your shoes. For boots, we can re-heel and re-sole as well as shine and do subtle repairs to the body of the shoe. Just visit our Shoe Repair Shop to place your repair order.
